ABOUT THE ROLE

Join a team supporting B2B technology companies with growth and go-to-market operations. As a GTM Engineer, you will own strategic projects from day one, building automation and data systems that help teams work more effectively and make better decisions.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

 - Design, build, and maintain go-to-market workflows using automation tools such as n8n or Make.

 - Use AI tools to accelerate research, data processing, and operational work, and identify practical new applications for go-to-market teams.

 - Collect, transform, and analyze data with SQL, Python, and BI tools to create useful reporting and support decisions.

 - Take ownership of strategic projects and develop technical solutions that are clean, maintainable, and reliable.


WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

 - One to three years of professional experience in GTM operations, growth, or data analytics, including experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, consulting, finance, or investing.

 - Production experience building and owning automated workflows with tools such as n8n or Make.

 - Strong data skills, including comfort with SQL, Python, and BI tools such as Looker Studio or Snowflake.

 - Active use of AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT, with curiosity about applying them to go-to-market work.

 - Native or C2-level German and professional fluency in English, written and spoken.

 - Prior B2B SaaS experience or evidence of building a system from scratch is helpful.

 - This role is suited to an early-career candidate with one to three years of experience.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Annual salary: €50,000 to €70,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.


LOCATION

Hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany. Candidates should be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
