NTT DATA leads a Salesforce Architecture and Innovation team in the Public Sector, seeking a Salesforce Agentforce Lead to guide strategic advisory and solution delivery. You will work with executives, project managers, and developers to shape architecture and roadmap.

You will mentor diverse teams, influence design decisions, and support pre-sales with secure, scalable architectures focusing on Agentforce and related Salesforce technologies.

### Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in consulting and architecture roles in the Public Sector. - Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives. - Experience guiding design sessions and trade-offs across complex Salesforce architectures.

### Responsibilities

- Serve as the go-to Salesforce expert for key stakeholders and guide platform capabilities and patterns. - Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, well-architected Agentforce and Salesforce solutions. - Lead delivery including prompt engineering and traditional Salesforce development. - Identify and mitigate solution risks, technical debt, and design assumptions.
