Terms of Service

AgentOps.careers (the "site") is operated by Bison RS HR Consultancies - FZCO, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates ("Bison RS", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

1. What the site is

A job board and directory for people who build and run AI agents in revenue teams: GTM Engineers, Agentforce Architects and RevOps AI specialists. It lists roles posted directly by employers, roles collected from companies' public careers pages, and a directory of contract operators vetted by AgentOps.

2. Accounts and login

You log in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure: anyone who can read it can log in as you. You're responsible for what's submitted from your account.

3. Posting a job (employers)

  • Plans and price. Job posts are sold as Standard ($99) and Featured ($199), in US dollars, each for a 30-day listing. The price is shown before you pay and charged in full through Stripe when you submit. Taxes are added where they apply.
  • Review. Every post is reviewed by a person before it goes live, usually within 24 hours. We may decline a post, or ask you to change it, if it's inaccurate, misleading, discriminatory, unlawful, not a genuine vacancy, or not relevant to the site. If we decline it, you get a full refund (see the Refund Policy).
  • Your content. You confirm the role is real, that you're authorised to advertise it, and that the details (including pay) are accurate. You give us permission to display the post on the site, in our email newsletter and in the site's machine-readable feeds for its 30 days.
  • Applications. If you don't give an external apply link, applications are emailed to the address you provided, with the candidate's CV. You'll use candidates' personal data only to consider them for the role, and in line with the data-protection law that applies to you.
  • Shortlist. The Shortlist plan is a request for Bison RS's recruitment service. Nothing is charged on the site; any engagement is agreed separately in writing.

4. Applying (candidates)

  • When you apply to a role posted on the site, we send what you submit (name, contact details, links, CV, the agents you describe and your note) to that employer. They decide how to handle your application; we're not part of their hiring decision.
  • Roles marked as coming from another site are applied to on the employer's own website, under their terms.
  • Make sure what you submit is accurate and yours to share.

5. Operators and intro requests

Operator profiles are shown without names or contact details. Bison RS reviews each profile before listing it, but that review isn't a guarantee of any operator's work. When a company requests an intro, Bison RS arranges it; any engagement is between the company and the operator, or with Bison RS where agreed in writing.

6. Listings from other sites

Many roles are collected automatically from companies' public careers pages and linked back to them. We don't verify them, and they may be out of date. Listing a role doesn't mean the company endorses the site.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping that disrupts the service, no attempts to break its security, no spam, no posting unlawful or misleading content, and no using the operator directory or applications to contact people for anything unrelated to hiring. The site's feeds for AI agents (/llms.txt, /api/v1/jobs.json) are there to be read; please do so at a reasonable rate.

8. Our liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee that every listing is current, that any role will be filled or that any candidate will be hired. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in connection with the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes and ending

We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version, and material changes apply from when they're published. We may suspend accounts or remove content that breaks these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes go to the courts of Dubai, unless the law where you live as a consumer gives you the right to bring a claim there.
