Refund Policy

Job posts on AgentOps.careers (Standard ($99) and Featured ($199)) are paid when you submit them, then reviewed by a person before they go live.

If we don't approve your post

You get a full refund. If we decline a post at review, we refund the whole amount to the card you paid with, and Stripe emails you a receipt for the refund. Refunds usually reach your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Once your post is live

Once a post has been approved and published, it isn't refundable. We'll correct or update it free of charge at any point during its 30 days: just reply to any of our emails or write to jack@bisonrs.com.

Something went wrong

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or your post didn't go live after payment, email jack@bisonrs.com with the address you used and we'll put it right, including a refund where that's the fair outcome.

Shortlist

Shortlist requests aren't charged on the site, so this policy doesn't apply to them; terms for Bison RS's search service are agreed separately.
